 3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the policy carefully.

1. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF
  •  Wrong product delivered
  •  Product damaged during transit
  •  Defective product received
  • Conditions:
  •  Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  •  Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  •  Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
  • Customized products
  •  Personalized items
  •  Sale/discount items
  •  Products damaged due to customer handling
  •  Minor handmade variations

3. RETURN PROCESS
1. Email/WhatsApp us with:
​o Order ID
​o Photos + full unboxing video
​o Reason for return
2. We will verify your claim.
3. If approved, pickup will be arranged (if serviceable).
4. Refund/exchange is processed after product inspection.

4. REFUND PROCESS
  •  Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  •  Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES
We provide exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged items (with proof)
  • Defective products

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. 
  • Prepaid cancellations before dispatch receive a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
