1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Custom or bulk orders may take longer.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed next working day.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
- Within Telangana: 2–3 business days
- Rest of India: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping : 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Festivals
- Logistic disruptions
- Operational issues
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1000.
4. COURIER PARTNERS
We ship through trusted logistic partners such as:
Delhivery courier only.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking link.
- Tracking ID.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If a package returns due to:
- Incorrect address.
- Missing information.
- Failed delivery attempts.
→ Customer must pay return shipping charges.
→ Any Kind of Refund(s) are not issued for such cases.
7. DAMAGED, TAMPERED, OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, any missing item(s):
- Record an unboxing video. (Mandatory)
- Take clear photos. (Mandatory)
- Contact us within 48 hours, else the request would be considered invalid.

We will process your claim based on the evidence provided within 48-72 hrs, will be resolved within 7 days.
