TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

- The following Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern all sales of goods and/or services by CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS (“Seller”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) to its customers (“Client”, “Buyer”, “You”).
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, invoices, deliveries, and contractual relationships unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders or services without prior notice.
Interest at 10% per annum shall be chargeable on the outstanding amount from the invoice date until full payment.
Any costs incurred for recovery shall be borne entirely by the Client.

1. Applicability & Waiver of Client’s Terms
The Client expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if such terms are issued after these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any deviation from these Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if expressly agreed in advance and confirmed in writing by CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS.
2. Prices & Invoicing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless explicitly mentioned.
Invoices are raised upon order confirmation or completion of sale and shall be deemed accepted unless disputed in accordance with Clause 7.
3. Payment Terms (Immediate Payment Only)
All invoices issued by CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS are payable immediately upon issuance.
No credit period, deferred payment, or grace period shall apply under any circumstances unless expressly agreed in writing by CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS prior to order confirmation.
Payment confirmation is a mandatory condition precedent for processing, dispatch, or delivery of goods and/or services.

4. Recovery of Outstanding Dues
If payment remains unpaid for more than 60 (sixty) days from the invoice date, CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency or initiate legal proceedings.
All legal fees, recovery charges, court costs, and incidental expenses shall be payable by the Client.
5. Taxes, Duties & Withholding
Certain jurisdictions may impose withholding tax or statutory deductions under local laws.
Any such withholding shall be paid by the Client directly to the relevant tax authority. Under no circumstances shall CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS be responsible for costs arising from the Client’s local tax compliance.
The invoice amount shall remain payable in full to CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS, without deductions.
6. Delivery & Performance
CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS undertakes to use reasonable efforts to deliver goods or perform services within agreed timelines.
All obligations are obligations of best effort and not obligations of guaranteed results.
CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS shall not be required to appear as a third party in any claim, dispute, or proceeding initiated by an end consumer against the Client.
7. Claims & Complaints
To be admissible, any claim relating to goods or services must be notified to CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS in writing by registered post or recorded delivery to its registered office within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery or service completion.
Claims made after this period shall be deemed invalid and waived.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational loss.
Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods or services in dispute.
9. Ownership & Risk
Risk in the goods shall pass to the Client upon dispatch.
Ownership of goods shall remain with CHIKKAS BANJARA CRAFTS until full payment of the invoice amount has been received.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All contractual relationships and disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Acceptance
Placing an order, completing payment, or accepting delivery shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
